By using our platform and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Company Information
Shiksha Credit is a privately registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, operating legally in India.
2. Objective
To provide need-based scholarships and micro-grants to students, job seekers, and entrepreneurs using a self-funded, donation-driven model.
3. Nature of Service
We offer direct fund disbursement after verification. We do not sell courses, training, or products.
4. Application Fee
₹150 is charged per application, treated as a non-refundable donation to the scholarship pool.
5. Donation Usage
100% of collected funds are used to support verified applicants. No money is used for salaries or marketing.
6. Eligibility
Applicant must be an Indian resident, aged 6–45 years, with valid Aadhaar or any Government-approved ID.
7. Submission Accuracy
All information submitted must be true and verifiable. Fake entries are permanently blacklisted.
8. Single Entry Rule
Only one application per user per month is allowed. Multiple entries may lead to rejection.
9. Document Submission
You must upload clear scanned copies of all required documents (ID, photo, income proof, etc.).
10. Verification & Shortlisting
Our internal review team verifies every application. Final decision rests solely with Shiksha Credit.
11. Disbursement Policy
Funds are sent directly to the applicant’s verified bank account. No cash or third-party transfer.
12. Selection Not Guaranteed
Applying does not guarantee selection. Selection is based on document check, fund availability, and need level.
13. Data Retention
Your data will be stored securely and retained as per regulatory and operational needs.
14. Refund Policy
No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances after form submission.
15. Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our platform at any time without notice.
16. System Security
Do not try to hack, manipulate or reverse-engineer the system. Legal action will be taken against such activities.
17. Communication
We may contact you via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp for application status, verification, or updates.
18. Liability Limitation
Shiksha Credit shall not be liable for any indirect losses or delays caused due to third-party gateway issues or technical failures.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure due to acts of God, war, cyberattacks, natural disasters, etc.
20. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
21. Audit & Compliance
All donations and disbursements are subject to internal audit, and government audit when required.
22. Account Suspension
If misuse is found, your account can be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.
23. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on our website are property of Shiksha Credit Pvt Ltd.
24. Policy Changes
We may update these terms without prior notice. You’re advised to review regularly.
