1. Legal Status & Compliance Shiksha Credit Foundation is a Section 8 registered Non-Profit Organization, governed by the Companies Act 2013. We operate under full compliance with Indian corporate, financial, and digital laws. We strictly follow: Income Tax Act (for transparency and fund usage) Information Technology Act, 2000 (for digital records & data privacy) Consumer Protection Act (for user rights) Indian Contract Act, 1872 (for consent and agreements) Ministry of Corporate Affairs (ROC compliance & filing) .
2. Funding Structure & Transparency Our platform is completely self-funded. we charge a small registration contribution ( ₹200/-) which: 50% goes to the scholarship fund 50% is used for operational expenses, including admin, technology, outreach, and verification We maintain: CA-certified Monthly Audit Reports Fund Flow Statements Proof of every payout No cash collection — all payments are digital and traceable
3. Nature of Registration Fee The ₹200/- collected is a non-refundable registration and participation fee — NOT a bribe, and NOT a guarantee of selection. The fee is paid voluntarily by the participant and is legally treated as a service charge under contract law .
4. Selection Policy for Scholarship Selection is done by a dedicated internal team based on a merit-cum-need model No agent or promoter can influence results No caste, religion, gender, or region-based preference is given Participants agree that selection is not guaranteed and is subject to fund availabilit.
5. Liability Disclaimer Shiksha Credit Foundation shall not be liable for any claim arising out of: Non-selection Delay in communication Participant’s misunderstanding of policy All policies are publicly visible before registration. By registering, you agree to all terms. No legal claim shall be entertained over refunds, selection denial, or process objections .
6. raud Protection Policy Any person found collecting money in the name of “guaranteed scholarship” will face legal action under IPC Sections 417, 420, and IT Act Users are advised to pay only via official methods and never in cash We maintain digital proofs for every transaction .
7. Legal Jurisdiction In case of any unavoidable legal dispute: Jurisdiction shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh] .
You agree to slove issue via arbitration and mutual dialogue first.
Court cases arising out of personal dissatisfaction, without evidence of fraud or misrepresentation, shall be subject to dismissal .
8. Data Privacy & Consent All data is stored securely and not shared with third parties Your details are only used for communication and internal verification By submitting data, you give informed consent to our process .
9.
