Who Can Become an Associate?
At Shiksha Credit, we believe that trust begins where transparency lives. Our Scholarship Disbursement Policy ensures that all selected candidates receive their funds securely, fairly, and on time — with no hidden steps, no confusion, and no miscommunication.
Selection Before Disbursement:
1. Scholarships are awarded based on genuine need, document verification, and interview performance — not on payment or recommendation.
2. Only those applicants who pass all verification stages and are approved by our internal review team are eligible for disbursement.
3. The selection process is internal and confidential, ensuring zero external influence or bias.
4. Applicants are notified of their selection via email, SMS, or WhatsApp using their registered contact details.
5. Each selected applicant receives a Scholarship ID and Disbursement Code, which must be verified before fund transfer.
Disbursement Procedure:
6. Scholarship amounts are directly transferred to the verified bank account of the selected applicant — no cash or third-party transfers are allowed.
7. Applicants must ensure that their bank details (account number, IFSC, account holder name) are correct during submission.
8. Scholarship funds are released within 7–15 working days after selection confirmation, subject to fund availability.
9. No TDS or tax is deducted from the scholarship amount, as it is a non-repayable support fund.
10. Applicants will receive an email confirmation with transaction details after the amount is transferred.
11. If the bank transfer fails due to incorrect details, the applicant will be contacted for correction and re-verification.
12. Shiksha Credit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking info provided by the applicant.
Disbursement Terms & Conditions:
13. Only one scholarship is awarded per individual, per category, per cycle — duplicate entries are rejected.
14. If any selected applicant is later found to have submitted fake documents or lied during the interview, their scholarship will be cancelled and recovery may be initiated.
15. Scholarship usage is expected to be aligned with the purpose mentioned in the form (education, skill, business setup, etc.).
16. Shiksha Credit may request proof of fund usage from recipients in select cases.
17. Disbursements are subject to monthly/quarterly fund release schedules and internal approval limits.
18. The company reserves the right to pause, delay, or reschedule disbursement cycles due to financial, legal, or technical circumstances.
19. Any communication about disbursement timelines will be sent via official email or portal only — not through associates or third-party agents.
20. For high-value disbursements, in-person or video verification may be conducted before the final transfer.
