At Shiksha Credit, we value every rupee you invest in your future. Our Payment Policy is designed to offer complete transparency, build trust, and ensure that your registration fee is handled with full security and clarity.

Key Highlights :

1. The registration fee of ₹150 will be donated in Scholarship fund.
2. This fee is inclusive of taxes, and no extra charges are collected by the company or any associate.
3. Payment must be made online through the official website or authorized associate dashboard only.
4. We accept payments via UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and select wallets through our secure payment gateway.
5. Upon successful payment, users will receive a payment receipt and registration ID via email and/or SMS.
6. In case of payment failure, users must not retry multiple times quickly — wait for confirmation or check transaction status first.
7. If money is debited but not reflected on the portal, contact our support team within 48 hours with your payment reference number.
8. Payments made through unofficial links, agents, or WhatsApp forwards are strictly at the user’s risk — and not our responsibility.
9. Shiksha Credit or its representatives will never ask for OTPs, PINs, or personal banking credentials from applicants.
10. Once payment is successfully made, it is considered final and non-refundable unless covered under specific refund clauses (see Refund Policy).
11. Any duplicate or excess payments will be identified and refunded within 7 working days after verification.
12. Associates and cyber café partners are instructed not to collect more than ₹150 from applicants — overcharging must be reported.
13. Offline cash collection is strictly discouraged unless pre-approved and digitally recorded via the system.
14. Applicants must ensure all details are correctly filled before payment, as editing may not be allowed afterward.
15. Shiksha Credit is not liable for delays or deductions made by your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider.
16. All payment-related data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted gateways for maximum security.
17. In case of failed transactions or double charges, users are encouraged to contact us first before raising disputes with their bank.
18. We do not charge any recurring fees. ₹150 is a one-time, per-application fee.
19. The company reserves the right to revise the registration fee in the future. Any change will be updated on the official website in advance.
