Who Can Become an Associate?

1. Any individual, cyber café owner, CSC operator, or local service provider with basic digital knowledge and local presence.
2. The associate must be 18+ years old and hold valid ID & address proof.
3. Associates must be able to operate a smartphone or computer with internet access.
4. A basic understanding of online form filling and document uploading is preferred.

Registration & Onboarding:

5. Interested partners must apply through our official associate registration form or via referral from our team.
6. Each associate is given a unique Associate ID and dashboard login credentials.
7. A digital certificate of association is provided after KYC and onboarding verification.
8. Training videos, guidelines, and customer support are shared with each associate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

9. Associates must help applicants fill out forms accurately and honestly using their login dashboard.
10. They must never collect more than ₹150 per registration. Overcharging is strictly prohibited.
11. Associates are expected to assist users in scanning/uploading documents, if required.
12. No associate shall guarantee selection of any applicant — selection is internal and based on need + verification.
13. Misleading applicants or making false promises may result in termination and legal action.
14. Associates are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of user data.
15. Fake applications, use of forged documents, or impersonation will lead to blacklisting.

Commission & Incentives:

16. For every successful registration, the associate is eligible for a fixed commission as per the company structure.
17. Payouts are released monthly via bank transfer, subject to minimum threshold and verified entries.
18. Associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, digital rewards, and recognition programs.
19. Commission structure and payment cycle may be updated with prior notice and reflected in the associate panel.

Code of Conduct:

20. Associates must act with integrity, respect, and professionalism when dealing with applicants.
21. Harassment, discrimination, or misbehavior with users will not be tolerated.
22. Any misuse of the Shiksha Credit name, logo, or documents is strictly prohibited.
23. Associates may not represent themselves as company employees — they are independent partners.
24. All marketing materials (banners, posters, digital creatives) must be approved by the official team.
25. Associates are encouraged to report fraud, suspicious applicants, or illegal activity to the head office.
