Refund Policy – Key Points

1. The registration fee of ₹150 is strictly non-refundable once the payment is successfully completed.
2. Refunds will not be provided in cases where the applicant fails to submit required documents or provides incorrect information.
3. No refunds will be issued if an application is rejected due to eligibility criteria, document fraud, or misrepresentation.
4. In case of double or duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days after proper verification.
5. If the payment is debited but not reflected in the system, users must raise a query with transaction proof within 48 hours.
6. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only through the original mode of payment used by the applicant.
7. No refund will be entertained if the applicant voluntarily cancels the process after successful payment.
8. Applications that are submitted and later withdrawn will not be eligible for any refund.
9. The refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
10. Any bank charges or gateway fees deducted during the transaction are non-refundable.
11. If Shiksha Credit cancels a registration due to internal reasons, a full refund will be processed automatically.
12. Refunds are not applicable if the applicant is not selected for the scholarship.
13. Misuse of the refund system, such as repeated fake requests, will lead to account blacklisting.
14. Users must ensure all information is correct before proceeding with the payment to avoid refund disputes.
15. The refund timeline may vary depending on bank processing time and payment gateway efficiency.
16. All refund disputes, if any, are subject to the legal jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
